Carson Law, L.L.C. is a full-service Omaha law firm focused on personal injury, criminal defense, workplace injuries, divorce and family matters, and small-business legal needs. We've practiced in Nebraska courts since 1997 and represent individual clients and businesses alike.

Bilingual Practice

Attorney Jim Carson is fluent in English and Spanish, and a significant share of the firm's clients are Spanish-speaking. If your case requires it, we handle it directly without an interpreter — which means less risk of miscommunication on the kind of issues where wording matters.

If your matter falls outside our practice areas — immigration is the most common example — we have trusted colleagues we can refer you to. Come see us first; we'll point you in the right direction either way.
